Painter Mr. Li Mingshun, a Chinese American, was born in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, China in 1964. He has loved art since childhood. In 1985, he was admitted to the Oil Painting Department of the PLA Academy of Art. In 1987, his oil paintings participated in the art exhibition of the PLA Military Museum and were collected by collectors such as Dr. Armand Hammer, Chairman of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Chen Lijia, Vice President, and Dr. Li Dijun.
